The Metropolitan Health Ministry is partnering with the Care For Your Health Medical Pop-up Clinic to provide a community health screening. Invite all who need free medical services and advice to attend. This event is open to all and will occur on Sunday, July 14, 2024, in the Metropolitan Activity Center gymnasium. Screening will include, but are not limited to:
- Hypertension
- Diabetes
- Elevated Cholesterol
- Mental Health
- Weight Evaluation
- Nutritional Assessments
- Dental Screening
To access this event, please use the secondary parking lot behind the activity center, not the main one on first entry.
